Bought for my mother-in-law who has macular degeneration. Using on Att network. She loves it. Volume Great. Reception very good. Battery life OK. Menus are a little screwy, but what do you expect with something this simple. Reading and writing texts a little difficult, but I would be amazed if she ever used it for that.

I purchased this phone as a present for my elderly father who can not hear well on a standard cellular telephone. It works GREAT. Not only can he hear it ring, hear the person on the other end, but you hear him clearer than you hear someone talking on a standard cell phone! It has large buttons that are easy for him to press. The only drawback is lack of features. If you want just a basic telephone for an older person with hearing and site issues, with not many bells and whistles, this one is perfect.
